Rebirth levels

Rebirth bonuses added at request

1st rb (white)  gives 100 stats and skill points

2nd rb (red)  gives 200 more stats / skills  for a total of 300

3rd rb (green) gives 300 more stats /skills for a total of 600

4th rb (purple)  gives 400 more stats /skills for a total of 1000

5th rb (gold) gives 500 more for a total of 1500 (5th rb not yet implemented)

#Note on rb chart.  current xp does make a difference. if you rb at 600 and you have 90% xp you will go closer to 130 for example.   If your shooting for a certain level you might want to keep it in mind.
